Event Policies
Live Events: Register at least 24 hours in advance. Late and walk-in registrations are subject to availability and a $5 fee. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 48 hours before the event for a refund; otherwise, payment is due in full.
CLE Credit: CLE credit will be reported to ACE only after full payment is received. Payments more than 30 days late are subject to ACE’s $25.90 late processing fee. Attorneys are responsible for monitoring their CLE credits and avoiding duplicate online CLE credit. Check your credit HERE.
Online CLE: Online courses must be completed within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the course must be purchased again.
