The presentation is an interactive review of the Rules of Evidence with emphasis on Making a Record, Judicial Notice, Relevance, Hearsay and Exhibits. The goal will be to give practitioners more confidence in the day-to-day use of the rules of evidence in the Courtroom and in preparation for trials and hearings. In addition participants will leave the presentation with a better understanding of the purpose behind the rules and how the skillful use of the rules of evidence can instill greater trust and confidence in the rule of law.
