Attendees will gain insight into the challenges presented by pro bono service and the systems in place to support volunteer representation, including recent changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct. The program will cover discrete task representation, court-based legal services, and technologies designed to expand access to our legal system. The program will also cover technical support provided through Indiana's unique pro bono programs.
