Employer's Guide to COVID-19 Vaccines" Our presents for this course will offer an overview of COVID-19 vaccines, President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccination plan and guidance issued by the EEOC, CDC, and OSHA concerning the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees related to COVID-19 vaccination. Also included in this course will be a guide on the creation and implementation of mandatory and non-mandatory vaccine policies, important provisions for mandatory and non-mandatory vaccine policies, including examples and other considerations, including employee incentive programs, accommodation procedures, and vaccine side effects.
